My spacious room provided a relaxing sitting area and a pleasant view of the garden, complemented by effective air conditioning and excellent hot water. While the décor remains simple, it resonates with a kind of understated elegance. Dining here is a treat, with a well-prepared selection that caters to varied tastes, including a lovely breakfast spread featuring fresh fruit and Sri Lankan coffee. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attentive service; the staff contacted us when we took longer than expected to return from a riverwalk, demonstrating their commitment to guest welfare. While Waters Spring isn't smack in the bustling heart of Kandy, this quieter location offers an excellent escape, providing great value for the price. You can enjoy the luxury of a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. If you're in search of a peaceful getaway with reliable amenities, look no further.
